Prof. Yafeng Guan (born: 1957, Dalian, China) B.Sc. The Chinese
University of Science and Technology,1982; Ph. D., Dalian Institute
of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1986; Post doctor.
Institute of Science of Chemistry, University Urbino, Italy, 1987;
Technical University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands. He received the
Founds for Eminent Young Scientists in 1999. He has been the Member
of Scientific Committee on Fundamental Research of the Chinese
Academy of Sciences since 1996.
Research Interests
His
major interests are development of miniaturized GC and LC
instrumentation, capillary LC and CEC columns, coupling of capillary
LC with CGC, water sample pre-treatment and process analyzers for

現(xiàn)代分析與微型儀器研究室主任,博士生導(dǎo)師。1982年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)近代化學(xué)系，1986年于中國科學(xué)院大連化學(xué)物理研究所獲得博士學(xué)位，1987年及1989年分別在意大利烏爾比諾大學(xué)和荷蘭埃因德侯溫理工大學(xué)作博士后。1999年獲國家杰出青年基金，1993年起享受國務(wù)院政府津貼，
1996年起成為中國科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)局化學(xué)學(xué)科專家。
主要研究方向：
以分析化學(xué)和微型儀器的研究、研制與開發(fā)為核心，以微型氣相色譜和微型儀器的相關(guān)部件的研究為特色，在石油化工產(chǎn)品、環(huán)境和生物樣品等方面進(jìn)行應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。
研究和利用分子間作用而產(chǎn)生的電、光、熱、磁、介電性質(zhì)和分子濃度梯度效應(yīng)來探測或檢測分子性質(zhì)和數(shù)量，并將這種功能器件化、微型化，進(jìn)一步研制出分析儀器的關(guān)鍵部件甚至整機(jī)的樣機(jī)；研究解決儀器分析之前的樣品選擇性/高倍數(shù)富集濃縮預(yù)處理方法和技術(shù)，并研制成實(shí)用裝置；利用現(xiàn)代分析儀器，研究復(fù)雜、痕量有機(jī)樣品，如環(huán)境、石油化工和天然產(chǎn)物的分離分析問題。
目前的主要研究課題包括：微型氣相色譜、儀器及檢測器，微型液相色譜、泵系統(tǒng)和檢測器，毛細(xì)管液相色譜-氣相色譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)，工業(yè)在線分析儀器，水中有機(jī)物樣品預(yù)處理技術(shù)，環(huán)境和食品中農(nóng)藥殘留樣品預(yù)處理技術(shù)，色譜柱制備技術(shù)等。
