Principle and character: By the coupling device, the motor turns the upper tool and the tool at a high speed, cutting the tire into width-even rubber strips which are then conveyed through the material-leading trough to the pressing jaw where the jaw presses the strips, and the motor turns the spinning tool head to cut strips into blocks.
